Timber Boatworks chronicles boat design, building, restoration, and adventures. I’m mostly interested in the design and construction of wood-composite boats.
I tried to call it Beaversnot Boatworks, but my family would’t allow it. Most of the boats that I work on use epoxy / wood / composite construction. Wood flour mixed with epoxy is a common material. Whenever I look at that stuff I think that it has the same consistency and appearance as a beaver’s snot might.
If anyone can confirm or deny this, that would be great.
